Most of our T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are Japanese inspired and using Asian sizes. We suggest customer from North America, Europe and Oceania to take a look at the size chart, or select 2 sizes bigger for accurate sizing.
We offer global shipping! Only with a few exceptions for rural areas and outer islands. Place your order confidently, and our team will contact you promptly if there's any delivery constraint.
USA and Canada: 7 - 15 days
Europe: 7 - 15 days
Oceania: 8 - 18 days
Asia: 8 - 18 days
Other countries including Outer Islands: 10 - 20 days
*Our products are created by designers around the world who love cat! To keep the cost low and reduce carbon footprint, they are shipped directly to you internationally so you can save more.
Our whole delivery window takes longer for this reason (2-3 Weeks, Usually 15 Days).
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.
We take care of the U.S. sales tax and All European VATs, along with import taxes for Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Most of our esteemed customers report no extra import charges.
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

Our customer service personnel will inspect your situation and determine if your item meets the criteria for a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like T-shirts, Hoodies, Canvas, and Rugs.), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We only accept order cancellations within 12 hours after the completion of your order. This is to ensure a better fulfillment process for you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
