Important Update: Your Orders Are Safe, and We Are Resuming Fulfillment

We want to be upfront with you, and we want to start with an apology.

We are truly sorry for the wait, and even more sorry for the lack of communication during this time. When you placed an order with us, you trusted us to follow through — and the silence you experienced was not okay. We understand if it left you feeling frustrated or uncertain, and we take full responsibility for that.

Over the past few weeks, our store ran into an unexpected technical security issue since 5th May that affected both our backend system and email, which disrupted our ability to process orders and communicate with you properly. We have since worked with our system provider to fully resolve this, and everything is now back to normal.

Most importantly — your order is safe. Every order has remained in our system throughout this period, and we are now working through them as quickly as we can. This is our top priority right now, and we are not stopping until every parcel is on its way.

A few things we want you to know:

→ Fulfillment has resumed as of today. We are going through every order carefully and getting them out as fast as possible.

→ Your payment is safe. All transactions go through official system of PayPal or Stripe — secure, trusted platforms that protect your payment information. We never have direct access to your financial details.

→ Our commitment to you: if your order does not arrive within 2–3 weeks from today, you can request a full refund at any time. No hassle, no fine print — we will make it right.

We are a small team, and this has been a stressful period for us too. But that does not change what we owe you, and what we owe you is action — not just words. We are committed to following through on every single order and showing you, rather than just telling you, that your trust is safe with us.
