When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our customer service personnel will inspect your situation and determine if your item meets the criteria for a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like T-shirts, Hoodies, Canvas, and Rugs.), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We only accept order cancellations within 12 hours after the completion of your order. This is to ensure a better fulfillment process for you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

This tree is lots of fun and very sturdy. I have assembled a fair bit of furniture, and this is mid level on difficulty (took me 2.5 hours solo). Here are some tips that may help:
1. There are 28 cam screws and locks needed (29 included, one extra). To ensure these work, make sure the cam screws are all the way in and straight, otherwise the locks won’t line up. Also, it is often easier to insert the round cam locks into their holes before then lining the screws up for insertion. When doing this, make sure the open end of the cam lock is towards the hole the screw inserts into. When you look into the hole after the cam lock is in place, it should appear empty.
2. In regards to the screwdriver included, after a while of tightening everything, the screwdriver tip chips and becomes a point. Just use a standard Phillips of your own. If you find the included screwdriver isn’t working well, this is probably why.
3. After step 10, I would suggest putting the stick on floor protectors on the bottom of piece B. These are the four round rubber felt pieces, W10 in the list of parts. I waited until the end and the whole assembly gets quite heavy to turn over to put these on.
4. Step 13 doesn’t label the cam screws (although you will know them from previous steps). Here you need four of the W6 cam screws.
5. Step 14 was the hardest for me. This is where having your cam locks pre-inserted will help. I got the two O sides on with just the back screw tightened and then lined up the F piece with the bubble and flexed the sides to get the dowels in. In between, I left the bubble assembly resting in its styrofoam for protection. Once all three pieces are in place, tighten the front cam locks on the sides. This step is best done with the assembly standing.
6. Step 16 at the top lists piece W9, but the diagram incorrectly shows W6. The W9 pieces are what you want-four angle brackets.
7. During step 16, when screwing the brackets into the L pieces, do not tighten quite all the way. The brackets have some slide. When you get to step 20 where you attach the full rocket top to piece E, it is helpful to be able to push these brackets just a bit until you have it all lined up properly. Once the full piece is on and lined up, tighten the angle brackets completely.
8. In step 20, it took me a minute to realize that the W1 bolts go in the top of E and W6 screws go in the bottom of E. The top has holes that are further into the board, whereas the bottom has holes around the edge. Attach the top rocket piece first, then flip over to put in the cam screws.
9. Step 22 is another case where having the cam locks in their holes first will be very helpful, as once you place the top assembly on, you will be a bit blind having to reach inside.
Finally, on a personal note, I am planning on putting bitter apple on the strings for the ball toys. I have a cat that chews through strings on toys in minutes and I am hoping this will deter him. Maybe this will help someone with a similar cat.
